Prior to a deposition or courtroom testimony, Dr. Woodcock meticulously prepares the relevant facts and patient diagnosis to present an unbiased, accurate, and medically sound opinion. This process may include: An Independent Medical Examination (IME) ■ A thorough neurological examination of the injured party■ Analysis and evaluation of patient’s condition, treatment and medical claim■ Review of the injured party’s medical history, records and depositions■ Investigation as to whether the injured party has reached maximum benefit from treatment and assessment of whether any permanent impairment remains from the injury■ Review of all relevant medical, neurological, psychological and neuropsychological testing
